1896 - A portrait of Reverend A L Frisbie, Iowa, USA .....Alvah Lillie Frisbie (1830-1917) was a pioneer Congregational Minister of Iowa . According to an obituary he was survived by two sons, W. A. Frisbie, of Mnneapolis, and A. L. Frisbie, Jr., of Grinnell, and three daughters, Mrs. George W. Whelcher and Mrs. N. M. Ryan, of New York and Mrs. Homer J. Clarke, 850 Polk Boulevard, Des Moines. His parents were Daniel Grand Frisbie & Bernice Lowrey
