The plants have been carefully selected and grown from cuttings, and ai'e dwarf and compact in habit, very profuse and continuous in flowering, and of a beau- tiful rich dark blue color. L. gracilis should be particularly noted for its value in hang- ing baskets, or as a finish to flower vases; in both cases the effect produced by its long drooping growth and §reat profusion of flower is eantiful in the extreme. It is best grown as an annual, being cf rapid growth. H. , %ft. Pkt. E^rlnus. A very profuse blooming variety with deep blue flowers 5 âDuplex. Double blue, dis- tinct 10 âCompacta.
