Koses are meeting with a good demand and the quality is splendid for summer roses. There are good quanti- ties of annuals and perennials on the market, but the demand is decidedly limited. July trade compared favorably with the volume of business in previous years. This is probably partly due to the fact that the cool weather has kept the majority of persons in the city, who would otherwise during the hot weather have thinned out considerably.
