Council, am} as often as the interests of the County may require, on all matters connected with the duties imposed on them respectively, and to recommend such action by the Council in relation thereto as may be darned necessary. « (2) To cause to be prepared, ajj^introduce into the Couii^l, all such By>laws M may be necessary to give effect to tne reports or reconamendations of the respect-_ iye Committees. |,hat are adopted by the Council. -^ ' (3) To consider and report respectively on any and all matters referred to them by the Council, the Chairman signing such report and bringing up the same. (6) To consider and report as often as may be necessary, on the management of a]l matters connected with railway stock, bonds, or other securities held by the Corporation.
