Marines with the Ground Combat Element, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conduct a pre-fire during Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) aboard USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), Jan. 27, 2022. The 22nd MEU and Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) Six are underway for COMPTUEX in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
