Turkey (Nov. 20, 2016) Royal Canadian Navy frigate HMCS Charlottetown (FFH 339) moored outboard of USS Carney while in port in Aksaz, Turkey. Carney, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting a routine patrol in the 6th fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
