Close-up of plainclothes police officer securing parade.

Athens, Greece, 28th October 2012. Students parade to celebrate the commemoration of the Ochi Day. "Ochi" means "No" and refers to the refusal of Greece to collaborate with the Germans during WW2. In fear of protests, massive forces of police and riot police were deployed in Syntagma Square, prohibiting access to spectators, thus creating a "citizen-free" zone. © Nikolas Georgiou / Alamy Live News
