Thus fifteen to twenty medals areclaimed for the Hope Medallist already mentioned above(Heiss and Armand differ somewhat from one another in theirattributions), and from this series we reproduce as the mostpleasing that of Nonnina Strozzi, wife of the otherwiseunknown Bernardo Barbigia (cast in 1489, PI.
