FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (July 22, 2017) Electronics Technician 3rd Class Brandon Fuls, from Dallas, and Electronics Technician 3rd Class Joshua Michel, from Los Angeles, prepare phone and distance line as the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) gets set to conduct a replenishment-at-sea. Princeton is deployed in the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations designed to reassure allies and partners, and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
