Lieutenant Colonel Edison W. Miller, a former prisoner of war, is being examined by a Navy doctor during Operation Homecoming on February 19, 1973, at Camp Pendleton, California. Lt. Col. Miller, along with 25 other Marines, was released after being held captive by North Vietnam. He was captured on October 13, 1967, while serving as a pilot with Marine Aircraft Group-13.
