One of the problems of greatest importance is how to keep a close check on thedeliverymen. The manager usually does not come in direct con- tact with the custom- ers; minor employees out through the city, away from the supervision of the employer, have to be trusted entirely with the dealings with customers, the handling of the en- tire finished product, the cash and the return of empty bottles.
