Rpt., May 21). MARYLAND - Chrysops spp. very annoning in tidewater areas of Calvert and St. Marys Counties. (U. Md., Ent. Dept.). INDIANA - Incidence of Tabanus spp. increased; averaged 1-2 strikes per minute per animal in Grant County, (Dobson). ILLINOIS - Unspecified species ranged 0-1 (averaged 0,14) per animal. (111. Ins. Rpt.). MISSOURI - Tabanus spp. averaged 3 per animal on one herd in southeast area. (Munson, Thomas, Wood). High populations of Chrysops spp. reported in central area. (Wingo). OKLAHOMA - Light population (5 per 10 animals) of an undetermined species noted in Stillwater area, Payne County. (Okla. Coop. Sur.)..
