The photo was taken in the Slocum, Avrem & Slocum plant in Newark, NJ, owned by the International Arms + Fuze Co. It shows the 21-point fuse upper and lower time trans exly powder drilling system, with individual water baths to draw away powder dust. View also includes all parts arranged for assembly. Taken on December 21, 1918. This image was approved and issued as part of the PRO C 113 B series by Bocesor on December 24, 1918.
