PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 8, 2016) Governor of Hawaii David Ige and Rear Adm. John Fuller, commander, Navy Region Hawaii and Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific, render honors to the USS Arizona Memorial, Dec. 8. The Navy in Hawaii and the Consulate General of Japan in Honolulu conducted a private observance at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to promote reconciliation, friendship and peace in remembrance of the loss of life on Oahu 75 years ago.
