A blend of pastel tints—the brownish biscuit standards are airily ruf- fled; the falls are veined bronze-yellow and rose and are edged gold. $ PADRE. The blending of yellow and lavender in the standards, the flush of blue on the fine rosy purple falls, and the glow from the amber beard and style arms give this large flower of noble form a quality which ranks it high.
