25-YEAR OLD AERO ENGINE UNEARTHED AT FLYING TRAINING SCHOOL - While ploughing up waste land adjoining a flying training school to help the "Dig for Victory" campaign, an 110 Le Rhone engine - a relic from the last war - was unearthed three foot below the ground. The Le Rhone engine was cleaned and found to be in excellent condition, except for a missing carburettor, a few broken fins, and a rusted magneto. Photographic negative , Royal Air Force
