Inouc. manager of the United Flower & Supply Co., lias returned home after spending all of the winter months in the east, cliiefly Chicago. He visited all the leading cities of the middle west and finally came back via New Orlenns and the Sunset route. Speaking of his im- pressions of trade in shipping, Mr. Inoue said that high express rates are the greatest drawback to California ship- pers.
