Luisenhaus residential and commercial building built in 1892 - 1893 by Carl Galuschki, Cnr Badstrasse / Travemünder Strasse, Gesundbrunnen, Mitte, Berlin Carl Galuschki, bought the site of the former Luisenbad baths in 1885. The Luisenhaus has ornate brickwork in many colors and elaborate designs. Travemünder Strasse was relocated at the beginning of the 20th century over the site of the old Luisenbad and the Luisenhaus had to be reduced in height and partly demolished. The facade in the direction of the Panke River was redesigned in the years 1906 - well house of the dried up healing spring was demolished in March 1908 but a large relief on the upper part of the facade on Travemünder Strasse is a reminder of the fountain house, which bears the inscription "in fonte salus".
