Brig. Gen. Heidi Hoyle, Chief of Ordnance, gives remarks at the annual Survivor Outreach Services Butterfly Release May 24 in the Fort Lee Memory Garden adjacent to the installation's Army Community Service facility. The general reminded the honored guests and other attendees that they are held in high regard as members of the Army and Fort Lee Family. "(I hope) you can draw strength from us as we do from you," she expressed to the participating Gold Star Families and Spouses.
