The Lady of the Lake makes its lonely way up-lake to Stehekin 55 miles away. The Lady of the Lake is required to run throughout the year as a Washington State certified ferry. In the winter, it takes food, mail and suppliles to the remote town of Stehekin in the North Cascades National Recreation Area.
