The St Pancras Chambers development comprises an extensive and sensitive refurbishment of St Pancras Chambers and a brand new wing. A total of 244 guestrooms will be created to form a 5-star Marriott Renaissance Hotel, together with 68 residential apartments, including a luxury penthouse. St Pancras Chambers was designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott as a hotel for Midland Railways in the 1860s. Today it is a prominent Grade I listed London landmark and forms the public face of the new St Pancras International Station which opened in November 2007.
