This suggested that the patient must have haderebro-spinal rhinorrhcea. Inquiries from his brother seemed toontirm this view, as he stated that the patient had recurring head-ches from boyhood, that from the age of sixteen he used to sufferrem peculiar colds with dripping of clear water lasting for he had had cerebro-spinal rhinorrhcea, then havingeveloped antral suppuration with subsequent formation of nasal.
