He was the initiator of a resolution in the General Assembly of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Krakow, in which he alarmed about the threatened independence of the prosecutor's office. On July 18, the question of the rule of law Poland, under Article 7 procedure, will be discussed at the next meeting of EU ministers.
