An example of the photographic technique of creative blur achieved by photographing a moving object using a slow shutter speed. This picture is a digital alteration of another of my pictures in Alamy that shows an overhead view of the rowers and their boat as they pass under a bridge. The effect has been achieved by use of the Image Transform Perspective controls in Photoshop Elements.
