Tara Refo, right, and other members of the Navy's first all-female E-2C Hawkeye combat mission stand during the national anthem at the aircraft carrier USS George Washington's (CVN 73) women's history month observance event. Refo and four other officers participated in the historic mission, Jan. 25, 2012. George Washington is homeported in Norfolk preparing to move to Newport News, Virginia for the ship’s refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) maintenance.
