The cottage Talpaki (Taplacken) is laying in the middle of the russian exclave Kaliningrad, next to the river Pregel between Gvardejsk (Tapiau) and Cernjahovsk (Insterburg) next to the central traffic junction in the exclave. The roof of the well is as functional as decorative and embellished with a stork or a heron on top.
