Major O'Keefe, who was ]>resent by invitation, made the closing' address, and in summing up the dis- cussion declared that in his opinion that night was epoch-making. Secretary Young announced the appointment of a committee on final resolutions as follows: J. F. Ammann, Carl Hagenburger, A. Easmussen, Henry Penn and I. S. Hendriekson. The budget committee, or committee to recommend appropriations for 1921, was announced as follows: H. P. Knoble, G. C. Pollworth, Thomas H. Joy, Paul Klingsporn and John Young. Convention Hall Selected. At tlie fourth session, Tuesday morn- ing, January 25, President R(dand called for the report of the committee on convention hall. W. F. Gude re- ))orte(l that the Warduian Park Inn and Convention hall had been visited, and it was reeonuiiciKlcd that Convention hall was best suited for jmrjioses of the trade exhibition.
