Pipes of a mussel seed capturing installation
In the Wadden sea off Sylt is operated an installation for the capturing of seed-mussels. On long plastic tubes hang nets that can be colonized by mussel larvae. Parts of the system are stored in winter in the harbour of Hörnum.
