Budapest was always famous about the coffe houses. One of the most beautiful one was renovated couple of years ago. It's located on the Andrássy street in the Párizsi Nagyáruház. The big hall called Lotz terem before, but now is called Alexandra Café or Bookcafé from the big bookstore under it.
