The laboratory isnot at present supplied with gas, owing to lack of funds, andheat is furnished for this sterilizer by three Primus stoves,which burn vaporized kerosene. These give an intense heat,without odor, by which the sterilizer can be heated to 1600 this room is also located the steam sterilizer which can beseen near the left of the picture.
