The trolley wire is No. 000 round hard drawn copper and is car-ried on 9-ft. Richmond flexible brackets, with Ohio Brass hangersand clamps. The trolley is tapped to the feeder every 1,000 ft. A. Span wire construction is used in villages where necessary, andin these instances 5-16 in. double galvanized standard span wirewas used. Sub-Stations. There are two sub-stations on the Lima-Van Wert section, oneat Elida and the other at Middlepoint. The Elida sub-station iscompleted. It is equipped with one G. E. 6-pole 300-kw. rotaryconverter, which was put into service about December loth. TheMiddlepoint sub-station will be completed this month. Pending the
