Sgt. 1st Class Lurlene M. Gerard, 73rd Army Band, Virgin Islands National Guard embraces a citizen at the Milton M. Newton Recreational Park distribution point on St. Thomas, Sept. 13. The points were setup to distribute food and water to citizens of the St. Thomas and St. John community after Hurricane Irma.
