Neil Cowley, multiple award-winning composer, pianist and life-long fan gives a performance - The Other Side of Dudley Moore - at the 31st Brecon Jazz Festival which takes place in the beauty of the Brecon Beacons and this year boasts the most international line-up in the event’s 31 year history.
