ELECTION OF BURGESS EDWARD HAND 75 The Borough of Lancaster is a square encom-passing a portion of ground one mile in length fromthe center (the court house) by the main streetswhich intersect at right angles. We have five pubhcbuildings, including an elegant court house, fifty byforty-eight feet.
