A member of the Afghan National Police displays ammonium nitrate discovered in a compound in Tawiz Kheyl village, Arghandab district, Zabul province, Afghanistan, Feb. 9. The bomb-making material, along with insurgent death-threat letters, was located after a local villager notified the Afghan National Police the compound was storing suspicious material.
