Army National Guard Soldiers enrolled in the 11C Indirect Fire Infantryman course and 11B Infantryman Advanced Leader course fire mortars and call for fire May 3, 2017, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. The combined exercise enabled Infantrymen to practice call for indirect fire, a required task for their course, while the 11C students fired mortars based on the call.
