Ryan Hart, a radio frequency transmission system supervisor with the 1st Special Operations Communications Squadron, hooks a radio frequency system cable to a Ku Spread Spectrum antenna at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Nov. 29, 2016. This cable sends signals and controls data to the KuSS antenna from the internal reference unit. The internal reference unit distributes power to an assembly of modems and routers that control the antenna and log collected data.
