The Republic Day Parade starts early Sunday winter morning in a full packed parade ground attended by top Bihar Government Officials, addressed by Dr. Dnyandeo Yashwantrao Patil, Governor of Bihar and Shri Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar. Total 12 tableaus joined the march past accompanied by cheerful dancing young boys and girls who made the event memorable one. 17 Police Officers were also awarded President’s medal at
