Theoccasion is sucli as excites in us much and deep feel-ing, which it is natural and right should find someappropriate expression, and, therefore, according tothe usage which has long prevailed, the bar gives ex-pression to such feelings by the following resolutions: 1. That in the death of Mr. Faulkner the profes-sion has been deprived of one of its ablest and mostuseful members, whose learning and ability, inspiredand guided by the truest integrity, have singularlyillustrated and adorned the bar of the State and coun-try.
