St Stephen Walbrook, church in the City of London rebuilt after the Great Fire of London (1666) by Christopher Wren; foundation stone laid 1672. Interior, with coffered dome set on eight Corinthian capitals, and entablature weaving in and out. Under the centre of the dome is la arge round monolithic alter of travertine marble by Henry Moor, installed 1993.
