COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (July 16, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Asa Kim, commanding officer of Navy Operational Support Center Fort Carson, hands the commanders pin to his parents for them to apply on the uniform. Lt. Cmdr. Kim was commissioned in May 2003 and recently served in Arlington, Virginia as the Director of Budget and Execution Officer. The NOSC is in charge of assuring mobilization readiness for 212 reserve Sailors in the Colorado Springs area.
