The Joint Reception Center receives and in-processes Marines from the III Marine Expeditionary Force, April 2, to the 2016 Balikitan Exercise at Clark Air Base in Angeles City, Philippines. The Joint Reception Center is the first stop of the trip for military personnel entering the country where they go through immigration and customs.
