The Wisconsin is moored permanently next to the Hampton Roads Museum as a museum ship. The event is hosted by the museum, local Chief Petty Officers, volunteers and Nauticus. After the presentations, commands competed for the “Best Mess” through a guidon and cadence competition. This year’s event attracted participants from over 50 area commands and well over 700 CPO selectees during the course of this three day event.
