On Sept 14, 2022, Pittsburgh District Commander Adam Czekanski signs a $426,000 federal cost-share agreement for a Section 22 Planning Assistance to States project to develop a stormwater management plan for the Indiana County community in Pennsylvania. Section 22 projects allow the Corps of Engineers to partner with local communities to provide engineering assistance and expertise to address local challenges.
