XIX. Measurements Adopted for Dutch Friesian Cattle. The measurements adopted by the Dutch-Friesian Association of Amer-ica in estimating value, with a view to tabulated records in future, includ-ing milk records, are as follows: 1—Length from point of shoulder topoint of pelvis. 2—Length from forward jjoint of hips to point of —A\idth of hips. 4—Width at the thurl. 5—Height at —Height at hips. 7—Girth at the smallest circumference immediatelyback of shoulders.
