Auxiliary apparatus for each motor car includes switch contactorgroups, cut outs, current relays to prevent overload, potential relay toopen motor circuit in case of no voltage, circuit breakers, jumpers, Electric and Manufacturing Company developed themultiple-unit train control under the name of the electro-pneumaticsystem.
