Marine Corps Capt. Aaron Webster, Marine Corps Recruiting Command national partnership engagement officer, and Staff Sgt. Ian Mills, an imagery analysis specialist, presented awards to Halo Championship Series competitors at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Fla., on Sept. 25, players were presented with customized dog tags unique to their individual achievements. The Marine Corps emphasizes the importance of prompt recognition of an individual's achievement or service as it is vital to the morale of not just the individual but the entire unit.
