The principal characters relied on by Bergroth appear to be theunarmed head in front of eyes, the second joint of the antennaecompressed but not ampliated; prouotum with a large tubercleon the anterior area ; but specially the lateral margins of theabdomen, which are very broadly dilately lobate at the posteriorarea of each segment, and are without the intermediate smalltubercle of M. parallelum.
