When the pasteis perfectly dry, make another paper cover in the same mannerand paste its slashed edge over the frame on top of the first, put-ting one cover directly over the other and so making it double;this will make the racket quite strong and firm. Wind a strip of paper one-half an inch wide around thehandle, pasting it as you wind, and turn the end of the paper up.
