The repeating pattern consists of a curved branch with a flower and a flower bud attached to it. The branch originates from the faintly scalloped edge along the bottom of the strip. Diagonally above each branch a loose leaf with a pointed oval shape. The motifs are made in linen with openwork edges and are connected to each other by a square Valenciennes ground.
